Our wines are matured in a varietal-specific, classic manner. We mature one to two semi-dry, smooth white wines per vintage. Red wines are powerful – rich in alcohol and tannin.

Classic Wines are matured in a young, light and classic manner;
they cover a wide range from aperitif through international cuisine to traditional Viennese dishes.

Senator Wines are powerful, with a long maturity in the vineyard and in the cellar; these wines are full of character, feature a high cellar potential and are a perfect pairing with dishes.
- The so-called "Vintage Wines" are particularly exquisite. The hand-picked grapes for these wines grow in the best locations (hence the name "Lagenwein"), as for example the "Grüner Veltliner" by the Pfeffer reed and the Pinot Blanc by the Seidenhaus reed; special maturing in barrique barrels, high maturing potential.
