  1. 1. Pisenkopf vineyard

    Vineyard area: 3 hectares
    Types of wine:
    Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc, Wiener Gemischter Satz (mixed composition)
    Vine age: new plant
    Directions:
    vis-à-vis the Krapfenwaldbad, the moutainbike route passes by this vineyard, and there is a walking path below the Pisenkopf in direction of the City Hiking Route 1 and Wildgrubgasse.

  2. 2. Wagenspear vineyard

    Vineyard area: 5 hectares
    Types of wine:
    Weißburgunder, Grüner Veltliner, Wiener Gemischter Satz (mixed composition)
    Soil:
    eastern exposure; medium-heavy soil, sandy clay

  3. 3. Seidenhaus vineyard

    Vineyard area: 1 hectare
    Types of wine:
    Pinot blanc
    Vine age:
    more than 20 years
    Soil:
    southern exposure; best Pinot Blanc location, heavy and nutrition-rich soil, Pinot Blanc utilizes the rich and excessive supply of nutritients.
    Directions:
    The Seidenhaus vineyard is located below the Cobenzl castle on Höhenstraße, where the Schmetterlingspfad starts to the "Himmel".

  4. 4. Reisenberg vineyard

    Vineyard area: 7 hectares
    Types of wine:
    Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Müller Thurgau, Traminer, Pinot blanc
    Vine age:
    20 years
    Weather:
    the Danube wind and the wind descending from the Latisberg ideally ventilate the viniculture
    Soil:
    southern exposure, medium-heavy soil
    Directions:
    The Reisenberg- and Wagenspear vineyards can be reached from the Cobenzl Winery, along the Reisenbergweg. Enjoy the view of the Danube River and the skyline of Floridsdorf!

  5. 5. Bellevue vineyard

    Vineyard area: 7 hectares
    Types of wine:
    Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Noir
    Vine age:
    young plant, old vines up to 30 years
    Soil:
    southwestern exposure, medium-heavy soil
    Directions:
    the Bellevue vineyard belongs to Untersievering, accessible via the Himmelstraße. Walk uphill to get to the "Himmel".

  6. 6. Steinberg vineyard

    Vineyard area: 0.7 hectares
    Types of wine:
    Wiener Gemischter Satz (mixed composition)
    Soil: southwestern exposure, sandy, rich in lime
    Directions:
    bus line 38A passes directly by the vineyard; located vis-à-vis the Cobenzlgasse fire station.

    Vineyard area: 1.5 hectares
    Type of wine:
    Riesling
    Soil:
    extreme precipice, stony
    Directions:
    accessible from Grinzing via the City Hiking Route 1, located on Wildgrubgasse.

  1. 1. Falkenberg vineyard

    Vineyard area: 5.3 hectares
    Type of wine:
    Wiener Gemischter Satz (mixed composition)
    Soil: the high plateau on the Bisamberg is dominated by shell limestone.

  2. 2. Hofbreiten vineyard

    Vineyard area: 9.6 hectares
    Red wines:
    Zweigelt, Merlot
    White wines:
    Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, Pinot blanc
    Weather:
    there are more sunny days on Bisamberg than in Grinzing
    Directions:
    the Hofbreiten vineyard is located directly at the Landgasthof Magdalenenhof, the Riedwanderweg passes above the vineyard, from Stammersdorf.

  3. 3. Lange Wiesthalen vineyard

    Vineyard area: 0.4 hectares
    Type of wine:
    Pinot blanc
    Soil: clay with a lot of minerals, e.g. magnesium and iron; the Wiesthalen vineyard is counted among the oldest locations in Austria.

  4. 4. Magdalenenhof vineyard

    Vineyard area: 2.7 hectares
    Types of wine:
    Blauer Zweigelt, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
